The girl told investigators that one night when she was alone on the upper deck of the ship, Krispiyanto walked up behind her, grabbed her, and pulled her into a nearby employee-only room. Krispiyanto then reportedly began to touch the girl inappropriately. She tried to stop him and tried to fight back, but Krispiyanto proceeded to rape her, according to the criminal complaint.
