Police say that Rogowski stole photo album, key chains, playing cards, bookmarks and other items from Universal Orlando.

The theft crimes took place at Filch's Emporium at Islands of Adventure.  According to a report filed with the police department, investigators say that Rogowski told them he didn't feel like waiting in line to pay for the items.  He was arrested by police and charged with grand theft.

Upon learning of the incident, police in Corpus Christi issued an arrest warrant for 32 year old Orlando Garcia.

On June 23rd, City Marshal R. Guerrero was off duty when he was involved in a scuffle outside of a local Home Depot with the defendant.  During the assault, Guerrero suffered cuts on his arms.
