  •  Offer, or offer or agree to secure, another person for the purpose of prostitution.
  • Receive, or offer or agree to receive, a person into any place, structure, building, or conveyance for the purpose of prostitution, or to permit a person to remain there for such purpose.
  • Direct, take, or transport, or offer or agree to direct, take, or transport, a person to any place, structure, or building with knowledge or reasonable cause to believe that the purpose of such directing, taking, or transporting is prostitution.
  • Offer to commit, or commit or engage in prostitution.
  • Solicit, induce, entice, or procure another to commit prostitution.
  • Reside in, enter, or remain in, any place, structure, or building, or enter or remain in any conveyance, for the purpose of prostitution.
  •  Aid, abet, or participate in any of the aforementioned acts
  • Purchase the services of any person engaged in prostitution.

It is also illegal to commit or engage in any of these acts for the purpose of assignation.  Assignation refers to making an appointment or engagement for prostitution or lewdness (an indecent or obscene act), or any act in furtherance of such appointment or engagement.
