- Reside in, enter, or remain in, any place, structure, or building, or enter or remain in any conveyance, for the purpose of prostitution.
- Aid, abet, or participate in any of the aforementioned acts
- Purchase the services of any person engaged in prostitution.
It is also illegal to commit or engage in any of these acts for the purpose of assignation. Assignation refers to making an appointment or engagement for prostitution or lewdness (an indecent or obscene act), or any act in furtherance of such appointment or engagement.
